Golden Hour

- 1 oz. Mathilde Pêche 
- 3/4 oz. Plantation Original Dark 
- 1/4 oz. Maple Syrup 
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice 
- 2 bunches sage leaves 

In cocktail shaker add 3-4 sage leaves and muddle gently along with lemon juice. Add all other ingredients and shake with ice. Pour over crushed ice in a highball glass. Garnish with peach slices and sage leaves.
