Pinolillo Punch

Pinolillo Punch, made by Sean Fennel, Portside Parlour, London, United Kingdom

5 cl (1.6 oz) Plantation Nicaragua Rum

8 cl (2.6 oz) Pinollilo

0,5 cl (0.2 oz) Chartreuse verte

1 dash Peychaud's bitters

1 dash Maison Fontaine absinthe



Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake and strain over cubed ice in a rocks glass. Cap with crushed ice and garnish with a grating of 80% cacao chocolate and cinnamon stick.
