- 2 Barspoons Red Fig Jelly Minimum 70% Fruit Part
- 0.8 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Barspoon Sugar Syrup
- 1 Sprig Rosemary
- Cola-Baiser (ca. 1 oz Cola, 0.2 oz Fresh Lemon, 0.4 oz Sugar, 1 oz Egg White, blend all Ingredients without Ice)


Shake and Double Strain into a Coupette. Put the Baiser at the Top and burn it
Decoration: 1 Sprig Rosemary
